When am I eligible for benefits?
The first of the month after 90 days of employment.

You may pre-enroll in the health plan by visiting www.myplan.us after 30 days of employment. Log in using your Social Security number (include dashes). Your password is your last name.

 

How do I enroll in the 401k? When am I eligible to participate?
You may complete 401k forms and return to your branch.
You are eligible in either January or July, after you have been employed with Weiser for one year.

 

When is payday?
Payday is every other Monday. Direct deposits are not due in your account until Monday. Pay weeks begin on a Friday and end a Thursday.

 

How do I sign up for Direct Deposit?
Complete an application at your branch and include a voided check. If you do not have an account, you may sign up for a free Skylight debit card. See www.skylight.net for more information, or contact your branch.

 

What do I do if I have a question about my paycheck?
Address payroll issues first with your Account Manager before contacting the Support Center.

 

How do I get a new post or shift?
Weiser places our officers based on their preferences and the needs of our clients. If you would like to change your post or shift, let your Site Supervisor, Account Manager and even Branch Manager know what you are looking for.
Transfers take time to coordinate, so that all posts and shifts are properly covered. Three things to remember when asking for a change:

  1. Let your supervisors know.
  2. Be patient.
  3. Be flexible.
